Privacy Policy

This policy applies to webronaq.com, WebRonaq inquiry forms, direct product support, WebRonaq transactions and digital-product delivery. WebRonaq is an independent digital brand and initiative; references to “we,” “us” or “our” mean the operator of the WebRonaq website and brand.

Payment providers and other third parties process some information under their own privacy policies and legal responsibilities.

Depending on how you interact with WebRonaq, we may receive:

• your name, email address and organization;
• project type, budget range and inquiry message;
• product-support requests and troubleshooting details;
• order identifiers, product details and purchase status supplied by a payment provider; and
• other information you deliberately include in a message.

Please do not submit payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers, unnecessary health information or other sensitive data through WebRonaq forms.

The website is hosted through Netlify. Netlify and related delivery or security infrastructure may process technical information such as an IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, error information and security events in ordinary server and access logs.

WebRonaq uses this information where available to deliver the site, investigate failures, prevent abuse and maintain security. WebRonaq does not currently include a dedicated advertising or behavioral-analytics service in the website application code.

The Services page uses a Netlify form to collect project and product-support inquiries. Submitted data is transmitted to Netlify for form processing and made available to WebRonaq so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered.

If a configured WhatsApp contact link is used, WhatsApp and its provider process the interaction under their own terms and privacy policy.

Paddle is intended to process eligible WebRonaq software and digital-product transactions as Merchant of Record once purchasing is enabled. Paddle collects payment information and may provide WebRonaq with customer, order, country, tax, currency, total, transaction-status and product information needed for support and fulfillment. WebRonaq does not receive complete payment-card numbers from Paddle.

WebRonaq's existing voluntary support-payment flow uses SafePay. SafePay handles its checkout and payment details, while WebRonaq receives transaction metadata needed to record payment status and send a receipt. Paddle purchasing is not currently available on the public product page.

Where configured, WebRonaq uses Resend to send transactional messages such as payment receipts. Resend receives the email address and message content needed to deliver that email. WebRonaq does not currently describe these transactional messages as a marketing mailing list.

WebRonaq uses server-side PostgreSQL infrastructure hosted through Supabase for payment, webhook and commerce metadata. Access to commerce tables is restricted from anonymous and authenticated browser roles; server-side systems use the data for reconciliation, duplicate-event protection, support and future fulfillment.

When downloadable fulfillment is enabled, release artifacts are designed to be stored in private Supabase Storage using a private object key. WebRonaq will verify an eligible download server-side and issue short-lived access rather than publishing a permanent artifact URL. No Lead Tracker customer artifact is currently available through the site.

As of the updated date, WebRonaq's public website code does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting, embedded content and payment providers may use cookies or similar technology needed for security, checkout, fraud prevention, media delivery or their own services.

The downloadable Lead Tracker application uses browser localStorage to save lead records locally. Its core application makes no network requests and does not send those lead records to WebRonaq. Browser profiles and local files can have separate storage areas, and clearing browser data may remove the records.

Video pages can load embedded content from YouTube. Loading or interacting with an embed may allow Google/YouTube to receive technical information and use cookies under its own policies. External links, including Paddle buyer support and WhatsApp, are also governed by the destination provider.

• to meet applicable legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.

WebRonaq does not sell personal information. It does not use inquiry or order information for unrelated advertising by default.

Relevant providers may include Netlify for hosting and forms, Supabase for PostgreSQL and private storage, Resend for transactional email, Paddle for future digital-product transactions, SafePay for current support payments, and Google/YouTube or WhatsApp when those features are used.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, investigate fraud, or complete a business transition subject to appropriate safeguards.

WebRonaq retains inquiry, support, transaction and security information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legitimate recordkeeping, fraud prevention, resolving disputes and applicable legal or tax obligations. Retention periods can differ by data type and payment provider. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably required, where practical.

WebRonaq uses measures such as server-side secrets, webhook signature verification, restricted database privileges, private artifact storage and short-lived download access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and customers remain responsible for securing local devices and exported files.

WebRonaq and its providers may process information in countries different from yours. Privacy protections and government-access rules can differ between jurisdictions. Providers apply their own transfer mechanisms where legally required.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. These rights can be limited by identity verification, legal obligations and applicable exemptions.

Send a privacy request through the WebRonaq contact form and state that it is a privacy request. For information controlled directly by a payment or media provider, contact that provider as well.
