Customer policy

Refund Policy

WebRonaq wants customers to receive the digital product that was described and to have a fair path to help when something goes wrong.

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to one-time downloadable software and digital products sold by WebRonaq. A service proposal, custom-development agreement or future subscription may have additional cancellation and refund terms shown before purchase.

WebRonaq digital-product purchasing is not currently open. This policy is published in advance so customers can review the intended terms before checkout is enabled.

2. Paddle transactions

When a WebRonaq product is sold through Paddle, Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment and transaction-level refund. The transaction is subject to Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, while WebRonaq provides product support and can help investigate product-related issues.

A customer can request a Paddle refund through the receipt or buyer-support link supplied with the transaction, or by visiting paddle.net. WebRonaq does not ask customers to send card details.

3. Request window

Please request help or a refund within 14 calendar days of a one-time digital-product purchase. A request within this period is reviewed on its facts and does not automatically guarantee a refund. Mandatory consumer rights and any longer period required by applicable law remain unaffected.

4. Situations eligible for review

A full or partial refund, replacement or technical remedy may be appropriate where:

  • the same product was accidentally purchased more than once;
  • the supplied download is corrupted or cannot be accessed and WebRonaq cannot provide a working replacement;
  • the product is materially different from the public product description at the time of purchase;
  • a verified technical defect prevents reasonable use and cannot be resolved;
  • an accidental purchase is reported promptly, particularly before substantial download or use; or
  • applicable consumer law provides a cancellation, withdrawal or refund right.

5. Technical problems

Contact WebRonaq with the product name, purchase email, order or transaction reference, browser/operating-system information, and a concise description of the problem. Screenshots are helpful when they do not expose sensitive data. WebRonaq may first provide corrected files, troubleshooting steps or another reasonable remedy.

A disclosed compatibility limitation—such as using an unsupported browser—or failure to follow the supplied instructions does not by itself establish that the product is defective. WebRonaq will still try to help identify a practical solution.

6. How to request help

  1. For a Paddle transaction, use the support/refund link in the Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net.
  2. For product troubleshooting, use the WebRonaq contact form and choose the product-support option.
  3. Include the product name, order reference, purchase email and reason for the request. Never include full card data.

7. Abuse, fraud and exclusions

Refunds may be declined where there is credible evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated bad-faith requests, redistribution, license violation, or substantial use of a correctly supplied product followed by a simple change of mind—except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Loss caused by deleting browser data, failing to maintain a disclosed backup, or using the product outside clearly stated system requirements is generally not a product defect. Each request will still be assessed fairly.

8. Refund processing

Approved Paddle refunds are issued by Paddle, normally to the original payment method where possible. Processing time can depend on Paddle, the payment network and the customer's financial institution. WebRonaq will not send a separate direct repayment for a Paddle transaction.

9. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be waived. Rules for digital content can differ by country, including when a download begins after a customer expressly requests immediate delivery.

10. Policy changes

WebRonaq may update this policy for future purchases. The version presented at the time of a transaction and any non-waivable legal rights will govern that transaction.
