Legal
Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using WebRonaq's website, software, digital products, resources and services.
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the WebRonaq website, purchasing or using a WebRonaq product, creating an account where accounts are offered, or using a WebRonaq service, you agree to these Terms of Service and any product-specific terms shown at the time of purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant website, product or service.
You must be legally capable of entering into these terms. If you use WebRonaq for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. About WebRonaq
WebRonaq is an independent digital brand and initiative that creates software, downloadable products, educational resources and business services. References to “WebRonaq,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean the operator of the WebRonaq brand and website. These terms do not claim that WebRonaq is an incorporated company or other registered legal entity.
3. Digital products and software
WebRonaq may offer downloadable software, templates, courses, written resources and hosted software tools. Product pages describe the contents, compatibility, important limitations, price and billing model applicable to each product. You are responsible for reviewing those details before ordering.
Downloadable products may require a compatible browser, operating system or third-party application. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a digital purchase does not include custom development, data entry, cloud hosting, ongoing consulting or lifetime updates.
4. Accounts
Some future WebRonaq services may require an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and notify WebRonaq if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Pricing, orders and payments
Prices and billing frequency are displayed before a purchase. Any applicable tax and the final transaction total will be shown through the payment provider. WebRonaq may correct genuine pricing or description errors before accepting an order and may change prices for future purchases without changing a completed transaction.
For purchases offered through Paddle, Paddle.com is WebRonaq's online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the order and handles transaction-level payment support, returns, refunds and applicable sales taxes. The purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms presented during checkout, while the WebRonaq product remains licensed and supported by WebRonaq.
WebRonaq may use other clearly identified providers for different transactions. For example, voluntary support payments currently offered on the site use SafePay and are not purchases of a digital product.
6. Licenses and permitted use
A digital-product purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product under its included end-user license or other product-specific terms. The product is licensed rather than sold, and no ownership of WebRonaq intellectual property transfers to you.
Unless the applicable product license says otherwise, you may use a purchased product personally or within your own business and make reasonable backup copies. You may not redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, resell or repackage the product or its source and assets for sale.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use WebRonaq products or services to:
- violate law or the rights of another person;
- introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with security, availability or other users;
- scrape or overload the service through abusive automation;
- remove ownership notices or misrepresent a WebRonaq product as your own; or
- circumvent licensing, payment or access controls.
8. Intellectual property
The WebRonaq name, website, software, designs, source code, documentation, course materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to WebRonaq and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted under these terms are reserved.
9. Customer data and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for information you enter into a product or provide through a service. You must have the right to use that information, handle personal data lawfully, maintain appropriate backups, and secure your devices and exported files.
Local-only products can lose data when browser data is cleared, a browser profile changes, or a device fails. Their documentation explains the available export and backup controls.
10. Availability and product changes
WebRonaq may improve, replace or discontinue website features, products and services. Materially different changes will not retroactively remove rights already granted for a completed standalone download. Hosted services may experience maintenance, outages or changes as they evolve.
11. Support
Product pages and included documentation describe the support supplied with a product. For product or technical help, use the WebRonaq contact form and provide the minimum information needed to identify the issue. Do not send card details, passwords or unrelated confidential data.
12. Refunds
Refund eligibility and request instructions are described in the Refund Policy. Purchases processed by Paddle are additionally governed by Paddle's buyer terms and refund process. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, WebRonaq products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free or universally compatible operation. WebRonaq does not provide legal, tax, accounting, compliance or other regulated professional advice through general software or content.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebRonaq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including lost profit, opportunity or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires a greater remedy.
15. Suspension and termination
WebRonaq may suspend or terminate access to a hosted service where reasonably necessary to address material breach, fraud, unlawful activity or a security risk. Termination does not erase accrued payment obligations, ownership rights, license restrictions or provisions intended to survive termination.
16. Changes to these terms
WebRonaq may update these terms as products, providers or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes affecting an active hosted service will be communicated where reasonably practical.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms, product support or a purchase can be sent through the WebRonaq contact form on the Services page.
